Is there a free trial available?

For our hosted subscriptions (not Redirect subscriptions), you can try us for free for 1 month, this includes access to your own customised app for the management and reporting of your bookings, submission of your business to Reserve with Google for your 'Book Online' feature on your Google Business Profile and access to your management apps for managing your services and customers.
Can I get reports of my bookings and business performance on a Redirect Subscription plan?

What is a site?

A site is one Google Business Profile. If you are business with multiple branches/sites you can add booking functionality to each of your branches Google Business Profile, and we will bill on a per-site basis. We offer discounts on our subscription plans for larger businesses who have multiple branches/sites.
Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade and downgrade plans. Please note if you do downgrade or change from hosted to redirect plans then you may lose some/all of your data if your new subscription does not support it.
What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel at anytime as long as you give 5 days notice before the renewal date. If you are on a monthly or annual subscription your subscription will come to an end at the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds on cancelled subscriptions. To cancel please use our Opt Out Form
How does billing work?

You will get billed on the first day you subscribe to our platform or an agreed billing date. We will auto-renew your subscription until it is cancelled. If a payment for the subscription fails we may restrict or cancel your subscription.
